Certificate of Continued Occupancy
Include certificate and fees, fire alarm requirements, carbon monoxide
alarm requirements
When available, telephone numbers, department names, costs, "lead
times", days/hours of operations of each department and scheduling
method.
Certificate of Continued Occupancy not required on resales. Smoke and carbon monoxide detector inspections required. $50. Call Fire Chief @ 973 989-7039 to schedule (inpsections done on Wednesdays). $50 re-inspection fee; $80 emergency inspection fee. 10 days lead time requested. |
