Through our Affiliate Members the Board members promote a better working relationship with all the related areas in the real estate industry, i.e.: title companies, mortgage companies and loan associations, banks and other lending institutions, home inspectors, attorneys, and more.

MILLION DOI,LAR CLUB AWARDS

All members who have achieved the New Jersey Association of REALTORS Million Dollar Club Award are honored at a special luncheon.  This luncheon is one of the highlights of the year.

REALTOR OF THE YEAR

Each year the Board selects a member as their representative Realtor of the Year who has demonstrated his/her commitment to the Realtor organization and to their community.  This member is then sent to the State Association for entry into the "State Realtor of the Year".

SEMINARS

Our Education Committee puts together a series of educades for the members on timely issues effecting the real estate industry.  These educades keep our members informed on legislative, legal, and local issues.  In addition, we hold special training seminars on such topics as Agency, Presenting Multiple Offers, Realtor safety and more.

SPECIAL EVENTS

- Annual Membership Meeting - voting in of our new slate of Officers and Trustees.

- Installation Affair - highlighted by the attendance of our State Association executives.

- Million Dollar Awards - honors our NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club Award recipients.
